Because there is still an evergrowing polygamist culture in South Sudan
To South Sudan Women, With Love: |
Dedicated to you, I hope you are inspired to smile brighter, dream bigger, walk bolder, love deeper, hold your head up higher, and be even more proud of being a Sudanese woman. The main goal is to create a platform where we can promote and support young South Sudanese women in their chosen career path and endeavours, from the emerging to the established. We hope to showcase our diversity and celebrate what makes us who we are. As we share our stories and give glimpses into our lifestyles, we hope that you are able to learn from our failures and successes, this is an opportunity for you to find role models or explore options you never thought possible based on others experiences. Because there is still an evergrowing polygamist culture in South Sudan
“…you all have got to stop calling each other sluts and whores. It just makes it ok for guys to call you sluts and whores.”
—Mean Girls
I think the same goes for sexist remarks or jokes which, though relatively harmless, just constantly reinforce and even encourage oppression and repression of women and male dominance.
Girls who make or laugh at “make me a sandwich” jokes, or “get back in the kitchen” jokes to be in with the boys club are really hurting their own cause, even though it seems like such a tiny issue. But it all comes down to the attitudes of the world and the ingrained thought process in the subconscious of the mind, repressing women.
Don’t be afraid to stand up to sexist jokes or remarks because people will think you’re a man-hating, lesbian prude. We need to make a difference in everyday life and in people’s minds!
And women need to stop turning on women, because we’re all in this together. Not against men, but for ourselves.

South Sudan, Yes it’s my home
It’s the Soil on the ground,
The look of my land, that makes me strive.
It’s the cry of my people,
The tears in their eyes, that make me struggle.
It’s the sound of courage,
The high hopes they have, that make me believe.
It’s the support they give,
The compliments they make, that make me achieve.
It’s my land,
They’re my people,
South sudan, yes it’s my home.
Cries we hear,
Guns we’ve heard, survivors we have.
Pains in our hearts,
Bravery in our blood, Death we’ve experienced.
Strength we store,
Support we show, Courage deep within us.
Love we share,
Hope we have,
Faith in our country, we’ll never lose.
It’s my land,
They’re my people,
South Sudan, yes it’s my home.

Challenge yourself and take this challenge with me!!!
The rejuvenation challenge is nothing like anything you’ve ever seen.
It’s designed to make you feel really good.
It’s not just about being extraordinary.
Rejuvenation gives you a feeling of newness.
If you find yourself eating more, listening to more “crap”, finding it hard to communicate, losing friends and being stuffed in a cage… this is for you.
The Stiletto Rejuvenation challenge is like using soap and water to clean your life and feel FRESH again.
You know that clean, lightweight feeling you get when you scrub dirt, oils and gunk from your body?
That’s what this challenge does for your personal life —- so you can look AMAZING, FEEL AMAZING, and experience a NEW appreciation for yourself that forces everyone around you to respect you in a whole new way.
From April 20th - April 30th, we’ll take a journey into self. A spiritual, mental and physical process to unclutter, unlearn and unthink everything that’s clogging up your LIFE pores and keeping you from the happiness, freedom and fun you’ve been craving.
If you want to be a better version of yourself RIGHT NOW, this is for you. And if you could use the Support, structure, accountability without the nasty criticism that comes with it… this is what you’ve been waiting for.
Thousands of women (and men) all over the world are coming together to REJUVENATE their life. But what about you?
Are you willing to take the journey into self love, energy and elevation? Or will you be comfortable… with life AS is… for the rest of the year?
